Most people are paralyzed with different forms of fear stopping us. There's too many choices to make and we simply don't get simple and concise with our goals. That's where I step in.

Its amazing how much our external environment effects our internal state.

Aesthetics is a real thing. There's a reason why spas don't blare loud music, hang disco lights, and assault our noses with harsh smells. No, there's calming colors, dimmed lights, soothing sounds, and blissful aromas filling the space. 

 

 

Our homes can embody the peace we also seek for ourselves. By discarding the physical stuff cluttering our space, we'll able to declutter our mind and gain time to use as we please.  In return, there's a positive shift in our behavior, daily rhythm, and mental state.

In our Intentional Space Call, we will focus on the trigger zones in your home. The areas your eyes immediately fall on and where the source of your anxiety looms. For some people its the kitchen counters that seem to collect all the little things and papers. For others, it may be that your bedroom doesn't provide the kind of peace and quiet your evening rest deserves. For many of us, its the toys that seem to explode out of no where into the living room without a way to contain it. Am I hitting a zone for you?

This call is your start. Its the push you need to find organization in small acts that add up to a major difference. Its literally the difference between a peace filled morning and chaos.
